At 10:18 a.m. on 20 June 2024, Taizhou Sanfu Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. held the commencement ceremony of a 3,500 TEU dual-fuel (LNG+MGO) container ship for German ship owner in the steel processing workshop, with the representatives of the ship owner, DNV Classification Society and Sanfu Shipbuilding attending the commencement ceremony.

The ship has an overall length of 248.00m, plumb length of 236.50m, breadth moulded of 35.20m, depth of 19.2m, design draught of 11.00m, maximum DWT of 51,000 tonnes, design speed of 19.5 knots, and is classed by DNV. This vessel is the fifth vessel in a series of vessels built by Sanfu shipyard for the German owner, who has ordered six vessels of the same type from Sanfu shipyard.
